DELIVERY SERVICE POLICIES
It is understood that when booking any of the services of B & R Corp. S.A., the customer accepts the delivery policies specified below:
I. – OF THE ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE SCHEDULES
The service hours are from Monday to Sunday with an opportunity to arrive at 02:00 pm until 11:00 pm, the departure times are 12:00 pm to 01:30 pm.
The property has a 24-hour reception and there is no minimum age for check-in.
II. – OF THE PAYMENTS
The conditions of cancellation and advance payment may vary according to the type of room. By entering the dates of your stay in our system you can check the conditions of the selected room.
B & R Corp. S.A. accepts these cards (Visa and MasterCard) and reserves the right to temporarily charge an amount before entry.
III. – RESERVATION POLICIES
The client must provide the information requested by our direct reservation system Simple Booking, basic information such as: name and surname of the person booking, email and special requests. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES B & R Corp. S.A. will do research of private homes, (Houses, apartments or housing places that by their nature are private). We will not do any research on cell phones either.
B & R Corp. S.A. reserves the right to deliver information to the client in case it has incurred partial or misleading information about its identity, as well as to cancel the reservation under a non-refundable fee if the credit card information provided they are invalid.
